The location, breakfast, and staff were all amazing. The breakfast was a good mix of fresh cooked (and frequently refreshed), and cold items as well. The staff were very helpful (since parking is at the parking garage but is included with the hotel) and answered any questions we had. The location of the hotel was also great as it was right in the center of everything we were looking for (we went to Dry Bar Comedy about 2 blocks away, and Mosaic church which was also about a block away).

The hotel is one block away from my company so the localization was just perfect. I really appreciated the reactivity of the staff as well, my first room had an issue with a strange rumbling noise from the air conduct at night that prevented me to sleep. They managed to change my room the next day without any penalties (the staff came to check the noise on spot and it was quite loud) and I managed to enjoy again the sound of silence for a peaceful slumber.

What I liked the most is that it was clean and it smelled good..it smelled fresh and clean..the staff was professional and attentive..all our needs were met..there were enough towels and amenities for 4 people..loved that.. Most hotels, no matter how many stars they have... they give you a tiny shampoo 🙄 and a couple of towels... here you won't have that problem 😍... the price was good... really good... we hope to return soon 🥰

A selection of pastries should be included for breakfast. Coffee and tea should definitely be available to the quests throughout the day. Never used the coffee and tea that was in the room.

Not only did this hotel have the best breakfast options available, but the hot food was hot and the cold food, cold. I can't recall another hotel that can offer that! The staff was friendly and helpful, and the check-in was easy. The room was extremely clean and very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone!
